Ingredients
1 kilo minced meat (1/2 beef , 1/2 pork) 3 medium potatoes grated and drained 2 eggs ¼ bread soaked in milk and drained 1 medium onion, chopped Parsley, chopped Mint, chopped Pepper, salt 1 tsp cinnamon 1l. sunflower oil ½ olive oil (optional)
Preparation
Knead all ingredients together. Mould into small balls. Fry them in siggling sunflower oil until they become brown outside. Serve it with fried potatoes.
